At the new Magic City Discovery Center location, Outside My Window is an area for 0 to 5 years old reflecting the outdoor experiences of Minot, North Dakota. The area covers all 4 seasons. Spring has the Cozy Cabin area with a soft area for crawlers, a nursing area and gutter ball interactives for spring showers. Summer includes gross motor the Treehouse Fort and Wigglewoods Climber along with a star-gazing tent, campfire, birdhouse boxes and boat. Fall has our harvest area to learn about local agriculture with a farmer’s market, planting field, apple tree and bee hive interactive. Winter explores ice fishing featuring local fish, sled racing and snowman dress up.
